Since the foundation of Tero Bierges in 2014, our restaurants have always been paired with our farm \u00ab\u00a0la Ferme des Rabanisse\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>. A beautiful project that \u00ab\u00a0forced\u00a0\u00bb our cooks to be more aware, more connected to the reality of seasons and the ground’s local specificities<\/strong>, which kept on challenging them since day one.
Now Bierges has a twin in Brussels, and other siblings have joined the family.
Same goes for the farm which is now joined to a second site \u00ab\u00a0le Ferme des Magerotte\u00a0\u00bb that focuses on cattle and pig farming and meat processing.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>
